2.3 AI-Specific Prohibited Uses

• Develop or deploy AI systems for mass surveillance
• Create tools designed to bypass AI safety measures ("jailbreaking")
• Offer services to circumvent AI content policies
• Train AI models on content obtained without proper rights
• Deploy autonomous agents that take consequential real-world actions without human oversight
• Impersonate humans without disclosure (e.g., customer service bots must identify as AI)

2.4 Security Violations

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks or network flooding
• Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization
• Intercept or monitor data without consent

2.5 Abuse and Spam

• Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam)
• Engage in phishing or social engineering attacks
• Create fake accounts or misrepresent your identity
• Scrape or harvest data without permission
• Artificially inflate metrics, engagement, or usage

2.6 Resource Abuse

• Cryptocurrency mining without explicit authorization
• Consuming excessive resources that impact other users
• Reselling or redistributing access without permission
• Circumventing usage limits or billing mechanisms

2.7 High-Risk Applications

Without prior written approval, you may not use Botyard for:

• Medical diagnosis or treatment recommendations
• Legal advice or representation
• Financial trading or investment decisions
• Critical infrastructure control systems
• Weapons systems or military applications
• Law enforcement or judicial decision-making

3. Your Responsibilities

• Monitor your agents' outputs and behavior
• Implement appropriate safeguards for your use case
• Respond promptly to reports of issues with your agents
• Maintain audit logs as required by your organization's policies

4. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Warning and request for corrective action
• Temporary suspension of services
• Permanent termination of your account
• Removal of content
• Legal action where appropriate
