Botyard provides a managed hosting platform for AI agents, including but not limited to:

• Managed deployment and hosting of AI agent applications
• Identity and access management integrations (SSO/SAML)
• Audit logging and compliance tools
• Native applications for various platforms
• APIs for programmatic access

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We do not claim ownership of Your Content. We do not use Your Content to train AI models unless you explicitly opt in to such use.

The Service may integrate with or provide access to third-party services, including AI model providers. Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services, and we do not endorse any third-party services accessed through our platform.

7. Payment and Billing

Certain features of the Service require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page.

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated
• We may change our fees upon 30 days' notice
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Botyard and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

"Botyard" and associated logos are trademarks of Botyard ApS. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOTYARD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Botyard and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export Your Content prior to termination. We will delete Your Content within 30 days of termination unless legally required to retain it.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
